The recipe of Liver and kidneys with sauce



Components ::
 Kilo ofSheep liver .
2units of kidneys   

 1heart.

* 5 green peppers, hot or cold.
* Minced garlic.
* Salt - pepper.
*  (¼) cup pure oil

The recipe 

- Cut the liver and kidneys, heart, thin slices or cubes to taste
- Wash the liver and water filters in a refinery
- Heating oil and then turn the segments of the heart and kidneys to some extent, come down and drink its water
- Add sliced liver to the heart and kidneys and turn them over well and then add the garlic and salt and pepper and green pepper
 Turn the components with some and leave them on low heat until normal with the addition of a little water whenever I need it
And served with salad
And health and wellness
